Bermagui Country Club is proud to have contributed to the successful funding of the Bega Valley Domestic Violence Prevention Strategy, a vital community initiative led by Southern Women’s Group Inc. through the Women’s Domestic Violence Court Advocacy Service.

Together with other local clubs, Bermagui Country Club helped fund this important initiative led by Southern Women’s Group Inc. Our contribution supports programs like Love Bites and Daughters and Dads, which educate young people and families about respectful relationships and gender equality, reaching over 1,500 local residents.

These programs aim to prevent domestic and family violence by addressing its root causes: gender inequality, harmful stereotypes, and unhealthy relationship norms, while empowering individuals to become active bystanders and advocates for change.

We’re proud to stand with our fellow clubs in supporting a safer, more respectful Bega Valley community.
