Croquet

Play Croquet at Bermagui

Bermagui Croquet Club play regular sessions of both Golf Croquet – an easy to learn version of the game – and the more complex Association Croquet.

Players of all abilities are accommodated. Currently, members range in ability from enthusiastic beginners to people playing in state competitions at Silver Handicap level.

New players and visitors are always welcome. Lessons, coaching and equipment will be provided.

Croquet provides gentle exercise for the brain and body in a socially friendly outside setting. Croquet relies on accuracy and touch – rather than speed and power. So, the game is amenable to people of all ages and abilities.

Players should arrive 15 minutes beforehand to assist with setting out the lawns – and to enable the games to be arranged.

Please wear flat soled shoes and a sunhat.

Additional games can easily be arranged. Croquet Club membership provides for full playing rights 7 days a week. Additional sessions are also arranged to offset cancellations due to adverse weather.

Ladies Darts is played every Tuesday night commencing at 6:30 pm.

Arts & Craft Group

We are a very social bunch of people and are always welcoming new members into the group to enjoy the excellent arts workrooms of the Bermagui Country Club, providing opportunities to express multiple artistic skills. Join our Arts Society today for only $95.

Our creations can be seen at two major Bermagui events: the annual Bermagui Country Club Art Exhibition in January and the Bermagui Seaside fair in March.

Our members, who are proudly supported by the Bermagui Country Club, come together to create all different forms of art.
